23 May The Shepherd’s Staff – June 2024

Greetings Mt. Pleasant Church from your Elder team. As always, God is doing extraordinary things in and through Mt. Pleasant. We are so excited over the announcement of an additional Sunday morning service coming up this Fall and we hope you are as well. Pray for those who are not yet here, that they may find a church family and a home through this service. Also, be in prayer over how you can serve in and support this new service. We anticipate with expectant hearts that this new service will be yet another blessing to our community and to the congregation of MTP.

With summer right around the corner, this means our youth and children activities will be ramping up. What a blessing it is to have such strong youth and children’s ministries at Mt. Pleasant. It is also great to see the church being so supportive of these young adults through their encouraging love and prayers. It is our prayer, that through these various trips and activities, that God would receive all the glory and young lives would be forever changed.

The month of June also marks the end of one chapter and the beginning of another for many of our young folks. We lift up our graduates, both high school and college, as they transition to the next phase in their walk with Christ. We pray that no matter what path they choose, they would seek the wisdom of God to carry them on their journeys.
