Possibility of Smith Grove Church in Advance being our “sister church”, we hope to meet with them soon and talk some specifics about what we would want that to look like and what can we do to assist them/branch out from our current church, or send lay speakers or youth to preach, etc.

We are working with Felecia to make a leadership book for members that are voted onto committees and into leadership. This book will contain a current copy of bylaws, a description of our church structure/work flow, current committee members and committees, and vendor information for trustee members. We hope this book will help our future church leaders to be informed of our policies and the different roles of our committees.

We are actively talking about the future of our growing church and what the next step for Mount Pleasant is.
