07 Dec The Shepherd’s Staff – October 2021

The Elders have been busy with staff reviews for the past several weeks. We are taking time to sit down with each of our staff to review their ministries and how we can help them deliver the best work possible for MTP. We appreciate all of the support our church gives our staff and the many treats and acts of kindness shown during Pastor Appreciation month.

We will wrap up staff evaluations in the next couple of weeks and begin working with the Finance team on budgeting. One of the challenges with the growth that MTP has experienced is being intentional with our ministries and how we support them. MTP is blessed to be at a point where we can do quite a bit and we are seeking to do the most for God that we can in our community.

Tim Starbuck is making great progress getting out to meet everyone. We are still rejoicing over he and BethAnn joining us at MTP!

Just a reminder for anyone who wishes to pursue nomination for elder, you must watch the lectures and work through the material as an orientation to the role of Elder. Nominations are due by Friday November 5th. Three of our Elders will step off and we will need to elect three new candidates to serve a 3-year term.
