Hospitality Team
Be a hero to a 1st time guest.
Continuing to share the unfailing love of Jesus with intentional care for new guests to navigate their way around MTP.
Who we’re looking for
Whether you are new to the church, or have been here since the womb, we invite you to join our Hospitality Team!
What you’ll do
You’ll show up on Sundays, smile and offer a friendly face and helpful attitude.
- Info Center
2 Volunteers to stay at the Info Center and greet guests as they come in. Being able to help direct folks to different locations & share information about the church via Welcome Packet & other provided materials.
- Parking Lot
2 Volunteers to greet folks as they arrive at the church. Be a helping hand if they need one – offer an umbrella if it’s raining, etc.
There will be (10) 1st Time Guest parking spaces designated with signage in the coming months.
- FLC / Sanctuary Greeter
2/3 Volunteers to stand in the back of service to make sure to help new folks as they come in with finding a seat, being a smiling face & checking in to see if they need anything. Will also add chairs for service as needed.
- Coffee Bar
2 Volunteers to help keep our Coffee areas stocked. We will have 1 in the Banquet Room & 1 in the Sanctuary lobby.
- Youth Volunteer
need 2/3 Volunteers that can walk with folks to take them to the kids check in & classrooms or to the Youth room.

Kids’ KLUB Teacher
Be a hero to a child.
Guide the faith of the next generation.
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for adults and students who are willing to listen, have fun, ask questions, and show up consistently.
What you’ll do
You’ll show up on Sundays, play games, sing songs, laugh often, and engage every kid.
INVESTING IN STUDENTS BY SHOWING UP ON THEIR TERMS
Youth Leaders
Be a hero to a student.
Hang with a group of students during their most influential years.
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for authentic college students and adults who are willing to listen, have fun, ask questions, and show up consistently.
What you’ll do
You’ll show up on Sundays, facilitate discussion, be an available and listening ear, and join us on fun retreats.
OTHER WAYS YOU CAN SERVE
Kids Check-In
Greet and help families with signing kids in during Sunday morning services.
Audio/Video Team
Audio, cameras, and lighting behind the scenes on Sunday mornings.
Host Team
Provide a positive interaction to every guest and offer assistance as needed.
Kitchen Team
Help prepare food for Youth & Kids meals and Family Night Meals.
