What is MTP Youth?
Youth Group is an environment intentionally designed for students 5th-12th grade. Our goal is to give students multiple opportunities to receive and share the unfailing love of Jesus where they live, work, and play. We’re here to help students discover a faith of their own through small group relationships, partnering with parents, dynamic teaching, impactful worship, and every teen’s favorite element: FUN!

YOUTH BREAKFAST

Every Wednesday morning (when Davidson County Schools have classes) the youth come together at 7 am for a Youth Breakfast & Devotion. Great Food! Awesome Fellowship! Tons of Fun! All capped off with an Amazing Faith-filled Devotion! (Transportation to Ledford Middle and High Schools, Oak Grove Middle and High Schools, and Friendship, Hasty, and Wallburg Elementary Schools is provided.)

YOUTH MOUNTAIN RETREAT

NOVEMBER 15 - 17 | Head to the top of the NC mountains in Laurel Springs for a weekend of group devotion times, music, group-building activities, and small groups. $85 per student.

TIE DYE PARTY

JUNE 2 | 5:30-7P | Time to tie-dye party and get creative with your Beach Retreat Shirt! With a variety of colors and designs to choose from, you can create unique and personalized looks that you'll love for the Beach Retreat and beyond. (Extra shirts can be purchased in the online store.)

YOUTH BEACH RETREAT

JUNE 8 – 15 | Join us for an unforgettable experience! The Youth Beach Retreat is June 8-11 for Middle School students and June 11-15 for High School students. It’s not easy to stay focused. Together, we’ll try focusing on what God has said, on giving something up, and on talking to God.

JUNE 23 | 8:30&10 | Join us for powerful worship and messages as the MTP Youth lead BOTH 8:30am and 10:00am Sunday services!

NOVEMBER EVENTS

YOUTH GROUP

3 & 24 | 5:00 - 7:30P | 'YOUTH GROUP' is our Sunday evening programming. Our students come together for a night filled with team-building games, a delicious meal, high-energy music, a powerful message, and a small group discussion they won’t want to miss! These nights are designed for everyone to invite someone!

FAMILY NIGHT

WEDNESDAYS | 5:30 - 7:30P | Family Night is a time to enjoy a meal and fellowship as a family, then splitting in to Bible study classes.

LUMINARY FUNDRAISER

SUNDAY NOV 10 | 3:00 - 5:00P | The youth had the opportunity to help create 10,000 luminaries to be displayed in Holly Hill Cemetery. All of the proceeds will go towards Youth Scholarships for our Mountain and Beach retreats. Transportation on th echurch bus is provided.

YOUTH TURKEY BOWL

23 | 10:00A - 12:00P | ALL Youth & Parents are invited to the 8th annual MTP Youth Turkey Bowl. Work up an appetite with some friendly Pre-Thanksgiving flag football.
