What is MTP Youth?
Youth Group is an environment intentionally designed for students 5th-12th grade. Our goal is to give students multiple opportunities to receive and share the unfailing love of Jesus where they live, work, and play. We’re here to help students discover a faith of their own through small group relationships, partnering with parents, dynamic teaching, impactful worship, and every teen’s favorite element: FUN!

Every Wednesday morning (when Davidson County Schools have classes) the youth come together at 7 am for a Youth Breakfast & Devotion. Great Food! Awesome Fellowship! Tons of Fun! All capped off with an Amazing Faith-filled Devotion! (Transportation to Ledford Middle and High Schools, Oak Grove Middle and High Schools, and Friendship, Hasty, and Wallburg Elementary Schools is provided.)

4TH & 5TH GRADE PARENT MEETING

JANUARY 12, 5:30-7:30P | Join us for our annual spring parent meeting! We'll unveil our comprehensive 5th-Grade Crossover integration strategy and outline what your 4th and 5th graders can expect in the year ahead. Don't miss this opportunity to be informed and engaged in your child's faith journey!

JUNE 2 | 5:30-7P | Time to tie-dye party and get creative with your Beach Retreat Shirt! With a variety of colors and designs to choose from, you can create unique and personalized looks that you'll love for the Beach Retreat and beyond. (Extra shirts can be purchased in the online store.)

YOUTH BEACH RETREAT

JUNE 8 – 15 | Join us for an unforgettable experience! The Youth Beach Retreat is June 8-11 for Middle School students and June 11-15 for High School students. It’s not easy to stay focused. Together, we’ll try focusing on what God has said, on giving something up, and on talking to God.

JUNE 23 | 8:30&10 | Join us for powerful worship and messages as the MTP Youth lead BOTH 8:30am and 10:00am Sunday services!

DECEMBER EVENTS

YOUTH GROUP

1 & 8 | 5:00 - 7:30P | 'YOUTH GROUP' is our Sunday evening programming. Our students come together for a night filled with team-building games, a delicious meal, high-energy music, a powerful message, and a small group discussion they won’t want to miss! These nights are designed for everyone to invite someone!

BIBLE STUDY

4 | 6:30 - 7:30P | Discover the inspiring stories and life lessons of the Bible in a fun, welcoming environment. Connect with friends and build your faith at our engaging Bible study, designed specifically for middle and high school students. Join us for fellowship, discussion, and a deeper understanding of God's word!

YOUTH X-MAS PARTY

SUNDAY DEC 15 | 5:00 - 7:30P | Get ready for a holly jolly time at our Youth X-Mas Party! Don your favorite Christmas pajamas and bring a $5 gift for our fun Dirty Santa gift exchange (5th-12th grade). Join us for an evening of festive fun, food, and fellowship!
